TED J. FISH, MD, FACC is an invasive/interventional cardiologist who also has special training in non-invasive techniques of nuclear cardiology and echocardiology.

    Dr. Fish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1979. His internal medicine internship and residency were performed at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Fish completed his cardiology fellowship at the University Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

   Dr. Fish is a founding member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences - Area Health and Education Center. He currently serves as Medical Director of Regional Heart Center and as Director of the Coronary Care Unit at Washington Regional Medical Center. Dr. Fish is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. In 1993, Dr. Fish established the transesophageal echocardiography program at Washington Regional Medical Center and was instrumental in developing the nuclear cardiology program there. He is currently involved in numerous research projects through the Medical Center. Dr. Fish has participated in several medical missionary trips to third world countries.
