MICHAEL D. GREEN, MD, FACC
is an invasive cardiologist with special training in the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators.
Dr. Green is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he received his medical degree in 1989.
He completed his internship and internal medicine residency at UAMS and received a Cardiovascular
Medicine Fellowship from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, where he
was also a Pacemaker Fellow. He was formerly associated with Northwest Arkansas Cardiology Associates in
Springdale. He is Director of the first CHF Center in Northwest Arkansas and serves as acting Director of
Cardiac Services of Northwest Health.
